#BlackGirlFoodCritic tastes Twerk Jubilee: Milk brioche bun, strawberry & hibiscus with beet glaze! Similar to a cinnamon bun; the closer you get to the center of the dessert the sweeter the taste! One of several unique made-to-order desserts created by artists at “Someday” a visual & culinary art studio located in Detroit. Desserts made from locally sourced and labor intensive ingredients. Marshays (marshmallow, vegan/gluten free) made with spurilina was sweet tastes different than a traditional marshmallow. Mango Lassi was a tart served chilled, delicious! Jantae’ prepared our desserts & was our server, very knowledgeable & energetic! Somedays next Supper Club intimate dining event is July 15, menu: filet mignon jerk beef patty, 1,000 layer potato, watermelon gazpacho soup and Michigan Harvest salad!
